Meet Hayley

Hayley Goodman is our Founding Director + Principal Consultant. She is a girl mum of two, coffee snob, goal-getter, recovering perfectionist and wine lover.  Hayley is also a results-driven Organisational Performance Consultant and Leadership Coach passionate about doing people management differently, building better workplaces, and enabling organisations and their people to thrive with sustainable results.

After 12 years in Corporate HR leadership roles and Top Tier Management Consulting, as a former elite athlete Hayley saw the opportunity to combine her experience in both sporting and workplace high performance cultures + leadership to challenge traditional HR and consulting approaches and adopt a more holistic approach to organisational performance and success; no bums on seats, no one size fits all and no cut and paste - just strategically designed and fit for purpose solutions that align people, purpose and process to produce performance.

Hayley is a trusted advisor to Executives and Leadership Teams across a range of sectors and industries across Australia and is often called upon for speaking engagements regarding contemporary workforce issues and insights; she is renowned for her cutting edge and no BS approach - talking straight, challenging the status quo, bringing innovative solutions to the table, and making the complex simple to take the stress out of people management and build better workplaces.
